You agree to use Ecomplify in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All fees are due in accordance with the billing cycle you choose.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if your payment is not processed.

Ecomplify processes personal data following the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Full details, including where your data is stored, are in our Privacy Policy.

Your primary account and personal data is hosted in data centres located in Germany, within the EU. We do not intentionally store personal data outside the EU, though some content may be cached via a global delivery network as an inherent part of providing the service.

Where you use our platform to run a store, you act as the data controller for your customers' data and we act as your data processor. We can provide written data-processing terms (a DPA) on request.

You retain rights over your data and may request access, export, correction, or deletion at any time, which we action within one month as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you require strict EU-only data handling or other specific controls, contact privacy@ecomplify.com and we can agree these in writing.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with Ecomplify are owned by us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the services.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will be effective when posted on our website.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ecomplify operates.

This applies without regard to its conflict of law principles.
